All plants are carefully grown by nurseries in Southern California and are of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with your plants in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in good condition. We have no control over your shipment once it has been shipped and are not responsible for lost or damaged items. When you receive your order, your plants may have loose soil on them. Brush the soil off the plants or gently blow off the loose soil on the plants and re-cover the soil around the roots. We will not issue a refund if the buyer decides not to purchase a heat pack in areas with cold weather or temperatures below 32 degrees. We are not responsible for over or under watering. Our growers hand-pick each plant to ensure you receive the highest quality plants.
If you are unhappy with the order you received for any reason, please contact us within 7 days to discuss the issue. Please take a photo and send it to us. Succulents are living things and we have no control over how to care for them once you receive them. After 7 days of receipt, no refunds will be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for damaged or frozen plants if the package is shipped to a cold climate or where the temperature is below 32 degrees and you did not order a heat pack.
